Personal Learning Environment (PLE),

Hi All,

The concept of personal learning environment is gaining importance across the globe. Gone are days, where eductaion is limited to selected few. In this internet age, there are plethora of free resources/tools available that greatly facilitate learning. The best part is educational materials from prestigious institutions are no longer restricted to their four walls.

I will list out few sites that offer free access to their resouces for online learning and skills enhancement. Be it economics, politics, languages or IT...you have it all for free.
