Why do we shout in anger ?

A saint asked his disciples, 'Why do we shout in anger? Why do people shout at each other when they are upset?'

Disciples thought for a while, one of them said, 'Because we lose our calm, we shout for that.'

'But, why to shout when the other person is just next to you?' asked the saint. 'Isn't it possible to speak to him or her with a soft voice? Why do you shout at a person when you're angry?'

Disciples gave some other answers but none satisfied the saint.

Finally he explained, 'When two people are angry at each other, their hearts distance a lot. To cover that distance they must shout to be able to hear each other. The angrier they are, the stronger they will have to shout to hear each other through that great distance.'

Then the saint asked, 'What happens when two people fall in love? They don't shout at each other but talk softly, why? Because their hearts are very close. The distance between them is very small...'

The saint continued, 'When they love each other even more, what happens? They do not speak, only whisper and they get even closer to each other in their love. Finally they even need not whisper, they only look at each other and that's all. That is how close two people are when they love each other.'

MORAL: When you argue do not let your hearts get distant, do not say words that distance each other more, else there will come a day when the distance is so great that you will not find the path to return.

Etherpad http://etherpad.com/ offers you to generate a collaboratively editable on-line document with a single mouse click. After creating the page, you can share it with your teammates by sending them the page link. With this link, your collaborators can join you from anywhere on the Net and start editing the document along with you. The text entered by you (or by any other participant) will appear on other participant’s screen instantaneously. The process is so real-time that each of the keystrokes will be visible to all the participants. Also, as the text colour of each of participants is unique, one can easily identify who typed what.Once done with the session, the document can be saved as a Word, PDF or HTML file (using the ‘Export’ feature).

Bottomline....it is very easy to use ..no need to create account or login processess, unlike google documents.

ధైవభక్తి-భయం

భయమంటే అర్ద్థం చేసికోకుండా దాని నుండి పారిపోతాం. ఆ పారిపోవడమే భయం. తెలిసిందాని వైపు పరిగెత్తుతాము. తెలిసింది నమ్మకాలు,వ్రతాలు,దేశభక్తి,మత ప్రబోధకుల సూత్రాలు,మత గురువుల హొమాలు వగైరా.ఇవే మనిషికి మనిషికి మధ్య ఘర్షణ తెస్తున్నాయి. అందుకే సమస్య తరతరానికి వ్యాపిస్తుంది. దాని మూలానికి వెళ్ళితే గాని సమస్య తీరదు. కనుక ఇది చెయ్యంది, అది చెయ్యంది అనే విధేయాత్మక ప్రబోధం వినాశకరమైంది.

భయమున్నప్పుడే నమ్మకం పుట్టేది. దేవుణ్ణేందుకు నమ్ముతాడు?. తనలో తనకు పూర్తిగా అనిశ్చింత వుండబట్టే కదా?. జీవితంలో విషయాలు,వస్తువులు పరిణామం చెందుతున్నాయి.అనిశ్చింత వుంది భద్రత లేకుండ వుంది.సౌఖ్యం లేదు,మితిమీరిన దుఃఖం వుంది. ఇవన్ని కనబడుతున్నాయి.అంచేత ఆలోచన ఒక శాశ్వతం అనబడే ఒక వస్తువుని ఆరోపించుకుంటుంది.దానికి దేవుడని పేరు పెట్టింది.దానిలొ మానవ మేధస్సు సౌఖ్యాన్ని పొందుతుంది. అయితే అది సత్యం కాదు.

ఈ జీవితం నిరంతరం పోరాటం.అందులో దుఃఖం,భాధ,ఆపేక్ష,జారిపొయే ఆనందం,వచ్చిపొయే సుఖం వున్నాయి.వాటికి ఆవల ఏదో ఉందని,దాన్ని ఆలంబనం చేసుకోవాలని మనసు అనుకుంటుంది.దాంతో తాదాత్మ్యం చెందాలని అనుకుంటుంది.దానికి దేవుడని,సత్యమని మనసు పేరు పెడుతుంది.నమ్మకం ద్వారా,నచ్చుబాటు ద్వారా,తర్కం ద్వారా అనేక రకాల శిక్షణా విధానాలు ద్వారా, ఆదర్ష ప్రాయమేన నీతి ద్వారా దానిలో తాదాత్మ్యం చెందుతుంది.కాని ఆ విశాలమైనది,ఊహగానంలో వున్నది "నేను" అనే దానిలో ఒక భాగమే. జీవిత పరిక్ష నుండి తప్పించుకోవాలనే తాపత్రయంలో మనసే దాన్ని ప్రవేశపెట్టింది.

So, "be fearless". There is no GOD or Devil. It is just YOU. మీరు మీతో గడపండి.మీ మనసుని అర్ధం చేసుకొండి.సత్యాన్ని కనుగొనండి..............సత్య మేవ జయతే.

How to Make Windows XP Run faster ?

Most of us had wished that our computer's could run faster and better without going for any upgrades. There are n number of reasons that can be attributed to slow performance of your system, but you stil have a good chance of reviving things up by following a few simple fixes.

I will enumerate some fixes that should work for you. I will update this regularly , so watch out!.

1. RAM boost up ( this will help you to get extra 512 MB RAM )

go to Control Panel\Adminstrative Tools\Services and then scroll down to Indexing Services. Double click it, and set Startup type to disabled. ( This will disable window's indexing service, a system hog of little practical value).

2. Speed up the Start Menu

Windows XP default speed of the Start Menu is very slow. You can fix that by editing a Registry Key.

Here's how:Go to Start> Run, then type in: regedit Press [Enter] on your keyboard.Navigate to the following key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Control Panel \ Desktop \ MenuShowDelay. By default, the value is 400. Change this to a smaller value (like 0) to speed it up.

Note: If your still experiencing a slow speed of the Start Menu, even after using the above tip, then you might try the following: Navigate to Display Properties> Appearance> AdvancedTurn off the option titled Show menu shadow . You will get much better overall performance.

3. Disable Error Reporting

From the Control Panel, open the Performance And Maintenance category and click the System icon. Below the Advanced tab in the System Properties dialog box, look toward the bottom for the Error Reporting button. Click it to display its dialog box where you can select the Disable Error Reporting radio button to ditch this function altogether. If you wish, you can leave a check mark in the But Notify Me When Critical Errors Occur checkbox as an added precaution.

4. Stop Windows Messenger from loading at startup . . . for good

By default, when Windows XP first starts, it loads Windows Messenger, which takes up system resources even if you are not using it. To stop Windows Messenger from loading at startup on the windows messenger menu,

Click Tools and go to options, on the option windows click on the “Preference” tab and uncheck the “Runs Windows Messenger When Windows Starts“ and the “Allow Windows Messenger to run in the background“ boxes. I guess is safe to check them all if you want.
